Equipment Highlights

Gooseneck:
- Gooseneck with rear chamfer approx. 750 mm x 10°.

Axles:
- BPW axles and suspension, 2 rigid axles, 1 self-steering trailing axle.
- Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each.
- Electromagnetic reverse lock, activated via reverse gear and manually.
- Air suspension with lift/lower valve.

Tyres:
- Tyres 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF – brand of our choice.

TPMS:
- TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.

Brake System:
- WABCO braking system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M) without connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Steel Construction:
- Steel construction made from high-strength fine-grain steel.

- S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa)
- S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)

Electrical System:
- Electrical system according to EU regulations, LED lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3).
- All LED side marker lights flash with the indicator.
- ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front connector strip with 24N, 24S, and 15-pin sockets.

Painting:
- HRM-metallization of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) for maximum corrosion protection.
- Final paint with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red, according to the RAL 841GL system.
- Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 Pure White.
- Wheels painted silver.

- Mounts for warning signs on both sides front (gooseneck) and rear, incl. socket.
- 1 spare wheel carrier under the loading platform, right-hand side in direction of travel.
