Superstructure:
Three-way tipper body with FASSI F195A.2.24 e-dynamic crane mounted directly behind the cab (crane with top features: radio remote control, hydraulic outriggers via radio operation, work lighting, etc.)

Drop Side Platform:

Substructure: Robust steel welded construction, two longitudinal beams with cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and 5 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. A fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall with 2 lashing rings inside, positioned at each outer side at half height. Corner posts fixed, with lower locks. Rear and side walls (single piece over entire length) made of aluminium hollow profiles; side walls foldable and swinging with tailboard lift assist. Tailgate also foldable and swinging, centrally locked into the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, neatly welded to the tipper profile and longitudinal/cross members. Ram crosstube and tipper bracket set into the longitudinal members and accordingly reinforced. Lashing rings (4 per side) are mounted externally on the tipper floor, distributed along the length. Steel construction executed in St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted, body parts in RAL 9016.
