Subframe:
Robust steel welded construction with two longitudinal members and cross members to support the 5 mm tipper profile and the 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall. Fixed corner stanchions with lower-mounted locks. Rear and side walls (single piece along full length) made of aluminium hollow profiles, side walls foldable and swinging with drop-side lifting assistance. Tailgate also foldable and swinging, with central locking integrated in the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, cleanly welded to the tipper profile and longitudinal/cross members. Press traverse and tipping arms are recessed and correspondingly reinforced in the longitudinal members. Lashing eyes (4 per side), positioned externally along the length of the tipper floor. Steel structure made of St 52-3. All steel components are sandblasted, superstructure parts painted or powder coated in RAL 9016 (pure white).

Subframe:
Subframe for mounting the front and rear tipping arms, with press traverse and cross members. In the crane mounting area, designed as a closed box profile with side-mounted crane mounting plates. Plastic mudguards.
