Gooseneck: Gooseneck with front corners angled approximately 45° and rear taper of approximately 750 mm x 10°. 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). Hardwood decking approximately 30 mm thick.

Extendable Loading Platform: Extendable loading platform with rear taper of approximately 1,000 mm x 8°. 5 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 5,000 daN). 3 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings lying horizontally at the front of the loading platform (LC 10,000 daN). Hardwood decking approximately 48 mm thick, with diamond plate decking over the axles.

Axles: BPW axles and suspension, all axles with hydro-mechanical forced steering. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Air suspension with lifting and lowering valve. Axle tool.

Tires: Tires 245/70 R 17.5 3PMSF, load index (146/146 F) - manufacturer of our choice.

Kingpin: JOST kingpins (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox for approximately 24 t lifting capacity (approximately 50 t test load).

Braking System: Braking system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M) without connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Paintwork: First-class and durable corrosion protection of the standard shot-blasted welded frame is guaranteed by a 2-component (2K) zinc dust primer. A high-quality 2-component (2K) topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 carmine red. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic paint is not possible.

Steel Structure: Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grain steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa) S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)

Electrical System: Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the connection bar at the front with sockets 24N, 24S & 15-pin. Connection according to ISO. 24N ISO-1185 24S ISO-3731 15-pin ISO-12098

- 2-inch kingpin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approximately 400 mm high.
- Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized connection bar at the front.
