A true rarity: a completely rebuilt Mercedes-Benz Unimog 416, known as the "Trans Canada Pilot" (in Finnish, "Unimökki" – the dream cabin). Built for a gentleman who had sailed the world's oceans for decades and wanted to continue his travels on four wheels – without compromising on luxury. Health issues prevented the world tour, and now this masterpiece is looking for a new captain. Offered for sale for the first time. Completed and inspected 07/2025 – first registered as an RV 07/2025.

THE VEHICLE – technology you can trust at the end of the world
- Base: the legendary Mercedes-Benz Unimog 416, previously carefully maintained by a utility company and a machine shop – followed by a complete frame-off restoration
- Engine (5.7 l diesel, 92 kW/125 hp) and transmission in top original condition – experts advised against opening them. Runs like clockwork.
- Frame sandblasted, primed, and painted – every component inspected
- All lines, brakes, electrical system, and components renewed with Mercedes-Benz original parts
- Light and agile – drives like a car, goes where others get stuck
- All-wheel drive, manual transmission, permissible total weight 6,000 kg, unladen weight only 3,423 kg

THE LIVING CABIN – a boutique hotel in the wilderness
Factory cabin by Furgotec OÜ (Tartu, Estonia), final assembly in Finland – no DIY project. Three uncompromising requirements:
1. Healthy bedroom – spacious orthopedic double bed with gas springs, large storage space underneath
2. Full-fledged bathroom – shower, sink, cassette toilet, gas heating, hot water without waiting
3. Gourmet kitchen – 4-burner stove, refrigerator, large work surfaces, panoramic window
