Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, X-tra Long, with an internal length of 14,980 mm, outer frame slightly slanted with "Load-Lock profile" for securing lashing straps. 24 t, 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-circular lower part and straight connection plate, with shim compensation. One wheel chock with holder, aluminum side underrun protection, galvanized steel rear underrun protection, quarter-shell mudguards in front of the 1st axle and behind each axle, "Heavy Blocker" rear cross ramming protection + "roller buffer side impact protection." Pair of ferry lashing rings, yellow marked, heavy-duty pallet stops on both sides, approx. 15-20 mm high, with lashing option every 200 mm, loading height reduced by approx. 15-20 mm, spare wheel holder for 1 spare wheel, with wheel mounting kit, spare wheel of same brand and specification as main tires, steel rim, plastic toolbox, with drawer and intermediate shelf, width=650 / height=520 / depth=670 mm, lockable with padlock.

Axles & Suspension:
BPW disc brake axles, "axles/chassis laser measured" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, hubodometer/kilometer counter, air suspension, air spring diameter 360 mm, total lift approx. 260 mm.

Brake System:
2-line compressed air brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 non-swappable coupling heads at the front without connection line, EBS by Knorr, electronic braking system with EBS socket at front, no connection cable.

Wheels & Tires:
435/50 R19.5" steel rims, factory silver, ET 120.

Electrics:
24 volt, 4 x 3-chamber LED taillights with resistors, + 2 round combination reverse/fog lights in LED, yellow LED side lighting. License plate lighting in LED. 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, without interconnection cable.

Floor:
Approx. 30 mm thick phenolic coated plywood, cross joints with omega inserts, on longitudinal subframe for high point load capacity for forklift axle loads up to max. 7,100 kg.

Superstructure:
Mounted superstructure.
Front bulkhead / corner posts at the front have signs of use. 2,580 mm high, volume version steel corner posts, side curtain release device at bulkhead, "Crash Blocker"—internal steel ramming guard approx. 140 mm high at the bottom.

Center posts:
Pair of sliding posts adjustable over the entire length, with 7 multiple stake pockets.

Insert slats:
Rows of aluminum V-insert slats incomplete.
Fliegl "I-Lock" integrated door locking mechanism.
Tarpaulin shows signs of use, with welded horizontal and vertical straps.

Roof:
Sliding roof, rear end liftable, with roof sliding from rear to front, L- type, tarpaulin color: white. Hydraulic lift roof on both sides, one cylinder with hand pump per post, can be lifted by 400 mm, front with 3 driving positions: inside height approx. 2,900 mm / 2,950 mm / 3,000 mm, set to approx. 2,950 mm. Anti-ice system with 1 hose in the middle, automatic forced venting via brake light (not available in combination with sliding roof openable from the front). Optimum rain gutter at the rear, top of the end hoop, above the doors.

Operating instructions:
Special permit required if total towing length exceeds 16,500 mm.

Approvals / Certificates:
Load securing certificate according to EN 12642 XL (valid only with 4 rows of aluminum slats), additional DC 9.5 certificate, heavy-duty pallet stops on both sides, approx. 25 mm high, loading height reduced by approx. 25 mm.
