* HRM metalizing of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) for optimum corrosion protection
* Final coating with two layers of 2K topcoat, solid in RAL 3002 Carmine Red in accordance with the RAL System 841GL
* Rear section metalized and painted RAL 9010 (Pure White)
* Paint finish tested to ISO 9227-NSS salt spray standard
* Cavity sealing with special wax
