Chassis frame:
Flat chassis frame with 2 main beams from a single profile, connected by interlocking U-profile cross members approx. every 430 mm. Rear cross member located 200 mm from the end for reinforcement with forklift loading. Edge of U-profile 140.100.3 mm with V-groove.

Coupling section:
Detachable 2" kingpin in 8 mm thick coupling plate. Welded-on sliding plate, extended forward to protect light/air connections.

Landing gear:
Maintenance-free landing legs, Jost Modul type, with 2 speeds and footplates.

Axle and suspension: Tridex steering
SAF air suspension set with 2 rigid, low-maintenance Modul axles and 1 TrideX steered axle, technical load capacity 9,000 kg, with disc brakes, automatic brake adjusters, and lift/lower valve.

Brake system:
Wabco load-dependent dual-line braking system with 2 ISO connections and spring brake cylinders. Wabco 2-channel electronic EBS system type 2S/2M with integrated RSS.

Wheels:
4 steel rims 22.5 x 7.50 (hub centering) with tires 385/65 R 22.5.

Rear portal:
Steel rear portal with 2 foamed panel rear doors, each with 2 built-in locking rods (handles under the doors) and a vertically sliding rear bar, 120 mm high. Door retainers on both sides.

Stakes:
On both sides, 2 freely movable sliding stakes with board holders and 4 rows of wooden boards.

Sliding roof:
Fixed roof.

Sliding curtains:
Freight-type sliding curtains made from high-grade PVC tarpaulin, 900 g/m². Approx. every 600 mm, a vertical tension strap with stainless steel buckle and galvanized hook. The curtains can be horizontally tensioned at the front and rear using a tension mechanism. Curtains run with nylon rollers in the aluminum roof rails.

Accessories:
Fixed steel rear bumper. Aluminum side protection. Steel impact strips at the rear. B-sticker. 60 km/h sticker. Lift axle.
