The vehicle is a suction truck. The base chassis is a MAN TGS 35.440 8X4-4BL equipped with a high-lift body. The superstructure is designed for daily operations in road and construction site environments and enables the collection and discharge of liquid, sludge, and solid materials.

Superstructure and Tank System
The superstructure comprises a vacuum tank. The tank is constructed to be both pressure- and vacuum-tight. Discharge is performed via a hydraulically operated rear door and/or by means of a tipping mechanism or via a blow-off function.

Suction and Flushing System

The suction process is powered by a vacuum pump with a capacity of 10,000 m³/h. Material is extracted using a suction hose with quick couplings and, if necessary, a boom or hose arm, allowing for the intake of sludge, water, and solids.

Operation and Controls
The system is operated via a control panel mounted on the body (side or rear). Typical functions include:
• Switching between suction / blow-off / driving mode
• Speed regulation via power take-off (PTO)
• Activation of the rear door and discharge system

The engine was recently replaced at approximately 200,000 km, and the pump is scheduled for replacement in 2025.

The vehicle currently has around 212,000 km on the clock and remains in operation.
