Detachable Gooseneck:
- Hydraulically detachable gooseneck with externally mounted main frame, featuring integrated steering adapter and individually operable push-off cylinders
- Integrated hydraulic cylinders and support arms for picking up and setting down the low bed
- Hydraulic line connections to the low bed mounted inside on the main frame at the gooseneck offset
- Bracket for locking pins
- Ladder with handrail for safe ascent
- All valves and distribution boxes are easily accessible and covered with aluminum plates
- Standardized support arm for picking up and setting down the low bed
- 6-way hydraulic coupling without pressure relief valve for easy separation of hydraulic lines

- 1 pair of plastic support pads for the low bed, without side mount

Low Bed:
- Flatbed frame, extendable. Frame preload adapted for max. payload, reduced payload in extended positions
- Outer side designed as an open U-profile
- Prepared for installation of load platform extensions
- Telescopic stages approx. every 500 mm + container positions
- Mechanical frame locking on the flatbed frame
- 7 pairs of pivoting lashing rings, lashing capacity 13,400 daN
- 5 pairs of stake pockets 100x50 mm in the outer frame
- 3 pairs of M36 threads on the outside of the telescopic frame for screwing in lashing bows
- 2 x 13,400 daN lashing rings welded onto the adapter on the outside towards the low bed

Chassis Platform:
- Steel welded construction, short design with rear-closed excavator trough
- Offset to the low bed 300 mm x 15° chamfer, with 3 pairs of holes on the incline and rear for hanging approach ramps with locking pins
- Different track widths possible via 3 different holes
- Smooth steel plate with anti-slip sandblasting welded above the axles, max. axle load 8,000 kg
- Rear cross member with cutouts for lighting, designed as underrun protection according to ECE R58-003
- Powerbox with hydraulic control and electric distribution installed at the end of the excavator trough
- Aluminum cover (approx. 500 mm) mounted over the powerbox
- Controls mounted at the rear
- 1 pair of 2,000 daN lashing eyes integrated diagonally in outer frame
- 2 pairs of pivoting lashing rings 13,400 daN in the outer frame
- 2 pairs of stake pockets 100x50 mm flush in the outer frame

Chassis:
- DOLL Panther technology with split and suspended axles with BPW brake and ECO hub system

- All axles hydraulically forced steered with max. 55° steering angle on the rearmost axle
- All greasing points connected to centralized lubrication system

Suspension:
- Double wishbone suspension with hydraulic springing and damping elements
- Lift and lower device with 315 mm total travel (-70/+245)

Hydraulic Forced Steering:
- Hydraulic dual-circuit displacement steering. Steering adapter mounted on a turntable at the fifth wheel
- Transmission of steering angles via push-pull rods to the front slave cylinders
- Rear slave cylinders transfer the front steering angles via robust steering rods and adjustable linkage bearings to the steered axles
- All valves are centrally mounted on a control block
- Axle load display by manometer at the rear
- Steering pressure monitoring indicator on the front cross member
