For sale is a well-maintained vintage caravan with a total length of 7.75 m (including drawbar).

The gas system has been serviced regularly, and the next gas inspection is currently due. Both the heater and the hob are in perfect working order. The refrigerator and bathroom have been removed in favor of a more spacious layout, resulting in increased freedom of movement and additional storage space. The caravan is a non-smoking vehicle, dry and waterproof, and overall in solid condition. TÜV (roadworthiness certificate) is new, the vehicle is registered, and liability insurance costs €23.24 per year.

In 2025, the interior was lovingly renovated in a bright vintage style, creating a modern and flexible furnishing setup that allows for easy customization of the layout. The caravan is not a renovation project; however, some technical skills and craftsmanship are advisable, as age-related issues—such as potentially replacing the rear window (currently glued, but fully functional)—may arise in the future.

The caravan was always stationed on a permanent plot at a family sports club in Rösrath and was only moved for TÜV inspections. It is ready for immediate use and provides a cozy retreat.

The package also includes a used awning (3.50 m x 6 m) with a bay extension, a new weather protection cover, and a portable chemical toilet.
