Chassis: Welded construction made of high-quality steel profiles with punched cross-members. Designed for high point loads.

Fifth wheel coupling: 2-inch kingpin (also suitable for 3.5-inch).

Underrun protection: According to EU regulations, bolted version.

Side underrun protection: According to EU regulations.

Landing gears: Single-side operated landing legs (approx. 50 t static), can only be operated when air suspension is deflated and locked.

Axles: 3 x 9 t air suspension axle assemblies, SAF brand, with disc brakes approx. 430x45 mm, ABS, centred 10 bolt hub with offset ET 120, total air suspension travel approx. 200 mm, raising approx. 140 mm, lowering approx. 60 mm. Control via rotary lever valve with detent position.

Axle lift: First and last axle liftable, with fully automatic, load-dependent lift control. Traction assist via button in the driver’s cab (15-pin socket, PIN12, cab button not included).

Brake system: Two-line compressed air brake system in accordance with EU regulation with EBS and RSS, automatic load-dependent control, spring-loaded cylinders as parking brake, swapped-proof coupling heads fixed to the front cross member, no connecting line to the towing vehicle. Brand at our discretion.

Tyres: 6 x 385/65 R22.5 160J on 11.75 x 22.5 ET120 rims.

Mudguards: According to EU regulations, full PVC mudguards in front of and behind the axle group.

Load securing:
- 6 pairs of foldable lashing rings, evenly distributed (tensile force approx. 8 t)
- Outer frame drilled every approx. 500 mm for lashing straps

Stanchion sockets for insertable stakes 80x50:
- 5 pairs set into the outer frame
- 3 pairs set into the loading floor

Insertable stakes:
- 10 pieces of galvanized tube approx. 80x50x4 mm

Front wall: Bolted corner stanchions filled with aluminum hollow profiles, interior steel impact plate across total width and height.

Stake magazine: Inside the front wall, magazine for 20 insertable stakes.

Floor: Approx. 28 mm Z-hardwood floor set into outer frame.

Lighting: According to EU regulations, 24 volts with multi-chamber lights, LED side marker lights, LED position lights white at front, LED outline lights at rear, license plate lights. 1 x 15-pin and 2 x 7-pin sockets at front cross member.

- 2 wheel chocks with holders
- Warning boards according to ECE 70
- 2 LED work lights on lamp bracket (switched with reverse gear)
- Bracket for rotating beacon at rear (incl. beacon)
- 2 fixed access ladders at the sides
- Steel toolbox in front of front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Smart Board for second ride height control
- 2 LED work lights above the STW, switchable
- 2 LED work lights at height of landing legs (switched with reverse gear)
- 2 LED work lights on lamp bracket (switched with reverse gear)

Paintwork: Chassis and front wall sandblasted and given a high-quality final coating.
