Maximum speed = 97 km/h; the 917 accelerates quickly, shifts well and can be steered precisely.

The driver's seat is air-suspended, all seats have automatic seatbelts and headrests.

Derated to a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 7.5t, unladen weight approximately 6.0t +++ with a fresh TÜV (technical inspection) and H-certificate (historic vehicle approval).

Inspection carried out with a check of all fluid levels,
clutch fluid and the air dryer cartridge replaced.
Chassis lubricated, both starter batteries replaced (NATO standard).
Front headliner in the cab replaced.

The rear cabin doors and side panels were professionally refurbished and repainted in our in-house paint shop.
The outer chassis parts and the rims were also refurbished and repainted with a multi-layer paint system.
