The frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanized steel and give the sandwich box a long service life.
The floor of the sandwich box consists of special wood that is glued together several times to be waterproof, with a non-slip phenolic resin coating.
The body of this box consists of 30 mm thick sandwich panels with a core of foamed polyurethane and a double-sided cover layer of galvanized and polyester-coated steel sheet.
The frames of the sandwich box are made of anodized aluminum, as are the torsion-resistant rear portal and the rain gutter at the rear.
The door hinges, the lockable twist-latch and the door latch are made of stainless steel.
Seals made of plastic are mounted on the doors, which allow for water-protected transport of your goods.
