The exterior features rustic bakery-style decoration, three awnings, profile lighting around the upper window frames, and three powerful LED spotlights for terrace illumination.

There are two serving hatches with fold-down stainless steel counters for customers, and a separate window with counter for cash operations.

Custom tarpaulins shield the facade from rain.

Terrace furniture is included: 15 chairs, 5 tables, and 2 parasols (each 3.5 meters in diameter).

The upper deck features open-plan vinyl flooring, assorted furniture, and tinted windows.

Equipped with three 220V electrical outlets and a portable air conditioning unit with a permanent external vent.

Mechanically sound; the engine was replaced 200,000 km ago. The vehicle is not registered in Spain; it is transported by lowboy trailer and can maneuver independently for set-up.

The rear area features a hot water shower, gas cylinder cage, removable flues for oven and heater, and space for auxiliary freezers and refrigerators.
