Description Two-axle trailer chassis with full registration documentation and registration certificate!!! Equipped with a self-propelled hydraulic drive, pneumatic brakes, hand brake, mechanical speed control, safety bows, vehicle lighting package, and a 1000-liter binder tank plus a 200-liter drum under the heated cabin. The binder pump features a safety valve and variable-speed hydraulic drive, enabling reverse suction, circulation, and extraction from the tank. Powered by a water-cooled, 4-cylinder turbocharged Kubota diesel engine with electric starter. The diesel engine coolant is used to heat the binder pump, bitumen filter, and spray bar. The binder tank is heated by a propane gas burner. The automatic gas burner is supplied with all necessary safety features and a temperature regulator. Three-component pre-spray bar with a maximum spray width of 3375 mm and a minimum spray width of 375 mm. Individual spray nozzles can be deactivated as required. The entire spray bar can be pneumatically shut off from the driver’s seat. For cleaning the binder pump, spray bar, and bitumen hoses, a compressed air cleaning system with a small compressor is used.
