The ISUZU D-Max is a rear-wheel-drive pickup with selectable four-wheel drive and is classified as an N1 commercial off-road vehicle.

The D-Max Type BTF (from model year 2020) is offered for the European market in the following versions:

*1 Engine: 1.9 L Common-Rail VGS turbo diesel with 120 kW and 360 Nm
*2 Transmission: 6-speed manual gearbox or 6-speed automatic (not in SiC)
*3 Cabs: Single Cab (SiC), Space Cab (SC), and Double Cab (DC)
*4 Variants: Equipment levels L (all), LS (SC and DC), LSE (SC and DC), and V-CROSS (DC)
*7 Colours: White (solid, standard) and 6 metallic or mica finishes
