The ISUZU D-Max is a rear-wheel drive pickup with selectable four-wheel drive and is classified in the N1 utility vehicle category for off-road vehicles.

The D-Max type BTF (from model year 2020) is offered for the European market in the following versions:

* 1 engine: 1.9 L common-rail VGS turbo diesel with 120 kW and 360 Nm
* 2 transmissions: manual 6-speed or 6-speed automatic (not in SiC)
